Due to my personal diagnosis of celiac disease and food allergies combined with my almost 3 million miles of travel to six continents, in 2005, I founded Gluten and Allergy Free Passport to foster global social change and improve quality of life for those managing gluten free diets, celiac / coeliac and allergies worldwide. 

Being 100% gluten and allergy free for over 15 years, I continue to be passionate about travel, cultures, languages and food. After working on-site with clients in various countries around the world including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Italy, United Kingdom and the United States, I wanted to share advice on how to safely live gluten and allergy free everywhere.

Globe with ForkBased on our goals, my team and I envisioned, created and produced the pioneering Let’s Eat Out Around the World Gluten Free and Allergy Free series of dining translation cards, country-specfic travel kits, language guides, ethnic food books (now 4th edition), ebooks and Apple mobile apps including iEatOut and iCanEat Fast Food.

We are honored that this educational series has been purchased by consumers and businesses in 60-plus countries, is the winner of 20 quality and innnovation excellence awards  and endorsed by food allergy and celiac organizations worldwide.

As a keynote and guest speaker at industry conferences worldwide, I also educate businesses and consumers on market trends, best practices and the latest research. I have been interviewed by NBC and ABC TV affiliates, Women’s Radio, Radio New Zealand, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, National Geographic Traveler, Food & Drink and hundreds of other publications across the globe.

Prior to establishing GlutenFree Passport, I was a partner with Accenture, the world’s top ranked management consulting firm, focused on customer experience and emerging technologies for over 17 years.  I was a practice leader and responsible for incubator projects to enterprise-wide multi-million dollar transformation programs with diverse multicultural business and technology teams for public and private sector clients on four continents.

With a Master’s in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelors from Purdue University, I currently consult with cross-industry clients about strategic change, technology innovation and customer engagement solutions ranging from early stage companies to Fortune 500 multinationals.
