Due to my personal diagnosis of celiac disease and food allergies combined with my 2.5-plus million miles of travel to 6 continents, in 2005, I founded GlutenFree Passport to empower people through knowledge and tools to positively change quality of life and health across the globe for those managing gluten free diets and allergies.
Being 100% gluten and allergy free for over 12 years, I continue to be passionate about travel, cultures, languages and food. After living in various countries around the world including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Italy, United Kingdom and the United States, I want to share with you some tips and lessons learned on how to safely live gluten and allergy free everywhere.
Based on my background, my team and I envisioned, created and published the pioneering Let’s Eat Out Around the World Gluten Free and Allergy Free series of dining translation cards, global travel paks, language guides, ethnic food books, ebook and Apple mobile apps including iEatOut and iCanEat Fast Food.
We are honored that our educational series is trusted by consumers and businesses in 60-plus countries, the winner of 20 quality awards for 12 consecutive years and endorsed by food allergy and celiac organizations worldwide.
As a keynote and guest speaker at industry conferences worldwide, I also educate businesses and consumers on market trends, best practices and the latest research. I have been interviewed by NBC and ABC TV affiliates, Women’s Radio, Radio New Zealand, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, National Geographic Traveler, Food & Drink and hundreds of other publications across the globe.
